HEY SORRY WHAT I SAID WAS WEIRD I AM FULL OF CURSES
You can't be just friends with someone you love.
I beg to differ.
If friends can become lovers, why can't lovers go back to being friends?
Isn't it friendship that makes it easier for most of us to 'move-on'?
Then why do we diss break-ups that end in friendship or people who are okay being 'just-friends’?
After all, cupid has a weird hobby of making those people fall in love who cannot be together.
Yes, friends don't look at each other that way. Yes, genuine feelings and poor timing is the worst combination.
But friendship is a beautiful thing, some would say it's a knot better than love.
At least, it doesn't hurt you anymore.
Perhaps, 'just-friends' are 'not-just-lovers'; they are much more and no less.
And if there is someone you can't get out of your head, maybe they are supposed to stay there.
When we accept the friendship the past love leaves behind, a bad ending nurtures into something more precious.
If the forever that was promised, keeps them with you, wasn't that the point after all?
